Rathmore Community Employment was founded in 2000 with one central mission in mind: creating memories that will last a lifetime. We bring together participants from all walks of life for meaningful experiences year after year. Our immersive programs provide unique opportunities for personal growth and development, but always leave room for plenty of fun.

Mission
Our mission is to provide Long Term Unemployed with work experience in any of the positions we have available for them.
The eventual goal of allowing them to join the workforce with a company Full Time.
Vision
We understand that not everyone is immediately interested in getting into employment, and would like to take time to further their education and their portfolio.

This is why we provide FREE training for a multitude of courses you may be interested in. These are well recognized QQI Awards up to Level 6.
​
To put that in perspective, Level 7 is an Ordinary Degree (Bachelors)
