Community Employment
Rathmore Community Employment is dedicated to providing unemployed persons currently on any welfare payments, with temporary positions and a bonus to their current welfare payment. The overall goal being to lead them into a full-time position.

We have many types of positions available in more information on other pages on this site which you can navigate to with the top left menu, or the floating bottom right menu if you are on mobile.

You do not need to go one-by-one, for QQI, it's a case-by-case basis and dependent on your own qualifications, knowledge and experience.
Colleges or Further Education Institutions provide more information on who is eligible for certain levels.

Horticulture
QQI Level 3
This program is a great way to start if you have an interest in the topic, allowing you to gain experience and also settle in with QQI.

This qualification is the equivalent of a Junior Certificate.
Care Assistant
QQI Level 5
This program will provide you with high quality Care Assistant skills and open up many opportunities for you.
This qualification is the equivalent of a Leaving Certificate.
Administration
QQI Level 5
This program is a fantastic opportunity to learn computing and make you a far more interesting jobseeker.
This qualification is also a Leaving Certificate equivalent.
